This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Obispire are processed, shipped, and delivered. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Payment Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to customers located in the United States from within the USA.
SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
After dispatch, shipping typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the delivery location and carrier operations.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6–11 business days from the date you place your order.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

We use reliable postal and courier services to deliver orders within the United States. Shipping methods are selected based on the destination, package size, and operational efficiency.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange a new delivery or pickup.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@obispire.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
SECTION 8 - RISK OF LOSS
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
