PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed on obispire.com (“Store”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order through the Store, you agree to this Payment Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and (where applicable) our Return and Refund Policy.

We accept major payment methods made available at checkout, which may include:

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you submit your order.

When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to (i) charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, and (ii) use your payment information to complete your transaction. We may request additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance (for example, via an order confirmation email). We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or issues identified by our risk screening systems.
SECTION 4 - SECURITY, PCI DSS, AND CARDHOLDER DATA
Payment transactions are processed through secure payment systems made available at checkout. We do not sell, rent, or trade payment card details. We do not store full card numbers, magnetic stripe data, or card verification values (CVV/CVC) on our servers.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your information. Card payments are processed in a manner intended to support compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and applicable card network rules (including Visa and Mastercard requirements). We may use fraud prevention tools such as address verification, CVV checks, device signals, and authentication steps (for example, 3D Secure where supported and appropriate).
SECTION 5 - BILLING INFORMATION AND VERIFICATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information, including your billing address and payment details. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may not be accepted or may be cancelled.
To protect cardholders and reduce fraud, we may place certain transactions on hold for manual review. If additional verification is required, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
SECTION 6 - CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND REVERSALS
A “chargeback” occurs when a cardholder asks their card issuer to reverse a payment. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue promptly. You can reach us at info@obispire.com.
We will respond to card network and issuer inquiries as required and may provide documentation related to your transaction (such as order confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery/tracking information, and communications) in accordance with applicable law and card network rules. Excessive chargebacks, suspected fraud, or policy violations may result in restrictions on your ability to purchase from the Store.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS AND RETURN-RELATED PAYMENTS
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout (where permitted by the payment method and applicable law). We do not typically issue refunds to alternative cards, accounts, or third parties. If the original payment method is unavailable (for example, a closed account), we may request additional information to process a refund in a compliant manner.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between this Payment Policy and the Return and Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Return and Refund Policy controls.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after your return has been received and approved.
SECTION 8 - PREVENTING FRAUD AND PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS
Purchases must be made for lawful purposes and for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block transactions that appear to involve unauthorized card use, identity theft, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited or illegal activity.
We do not ask customers to send full payment card details by email or chat. If anyone requests your full card number or CVV outside of checkout, do not provide it and contact us immediately.
SECTION 9 - PAYMENT ERRORS AND DUPLICATE CHARGES
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (including duplicate charges), contact us as soon as possible at info@obispire.com. We may request additional information to investigate and resolve the issue, including transaction details and order information.
SECTION 10 - BILLING DESCRIPTOR
Your payment card statement may show a descriptor such as “OBISPIRE.COM” or a similar reference to our store or payment partner.
