Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Obispire. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when you shop with us. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Payment Policy.

Section 1 — Return Eligibility

You may request a return if you are not satisfied with your item, provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery;
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are included;
  • You provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Section 2 — Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged. These may include:

  • Underwear, swimwear without hygiene seals
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale (where permitted by applicable law)

Section 3 — How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@obispire.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your return if it is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Section 4 — Return Shipping

The return shipping address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are generally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If a return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong or a defective item), we will provide further instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Section 5 — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@obispire.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 6 — Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are generally issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after your return has been received and approved.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

Section 7 — Exchanges

If exchanges are offered, they are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

Section 8 — Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after being notified it was issued, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@obispire.com.

Section 9 — Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
